Preside regards RMC led buildings as the bedrock of our business. Whether you have an RMC via the provisions of your lease or have purchased your building’s freehold, we understand that you have taken on a great responsibility. We therefore invoke Preside’s philosophy to steer, guide and co-ordinate so that the directors of the management company feel assured that this responsibility is shared.

We worry about the “micro management”

We understand that RMC directors give up their own free time to run their company and that they have no wish to micro manage the building’s affairs. We work in partnership with the board to ease their burden by carrying out our tasks efficiently; keeping the board briefed on our progress, providing responsible recommendations, working with them on their strategic objectives and above all, keeping the building under control.

We offer a company secretarial service to guide and assist RMC directors to ensure the legal and statutory requirements involved in running a company are met.

We operate an out-of-hours emergency service. Please note that we can only deal with issues that require urgent attention and that cannot wait until normal office hours.
