The success of our involvement with your building depends on our property manager providing you with the highest standard of service. We choose managers who are personable, professional, focused and caring. We support them with training and mentoring throughout their career with us. This is enhanced by our operational systems, which ensures our service is delivered consistently throughout the organisation, allowing Preside to provide fast, effective communication with clients, leaseholders and residents alike. Our staff are our public face and key to Preside’s success which is why we visit site regularly and hold face-to-face surgeries.

First class accounting and financial support

Our managers are further supported by first class accounting and financial reporting. Preside’s creation was inspired by our sister company, Management Accountants Limited (MAL), who recently celebrated its 35th anniversary. The principles adopted by MAL, which specialises in providing management and forensic accounting services, have been incorporated in Preside’s philosophy and practice. Our accountants are all qualified and provide our managers with accurate reconciliations, billing and record keeping, avoiding the frustration that often attends these issues.

Out of hours emergencies

We operate an out-of-hours emergency service. Please note that we can only deal with issues that require urgent attention and that cannot wait until normal office hours.

Please note, contractors are likely to charge a premium rate for dealing with out-of-hours emergencies.
